Peace of Mind Management is looking for a reliable Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our crew serving Saint John and the surrounding NB area.

- General handyman experience
- Carpentry skills

Administrative (Part-time)
We are ideally looking for someone with Buildium experience who can step into a tenant/administrative coordination role. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Answering phones and responding to tenant inquiries
- Preparing and managing work orders in Buildium
- Coordinating maintenance and renovation requests
- Processing and tracking maintenance and renovation billing
- Ordering appliances and coordinating deliveries/installations
- Scheduling inspections, maintenance appointments and showings
- Following up with tenants, contractors and our internal team
- General front desk and administrative support
